He&#8217;s got the ever-popular array of circus of crime henchmen who he coerces to rob and kill at his pleasure. Hooray for Johnny Quick!<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, hooray for this marking one of the few actual uses of the term &#8220;rubberoid mask&#8221; in comics.
